vox: vocal training for call centre workers

A recent study has highlighted the problems of voice strain faced by many call centre operators, citing it as one of the factors in the industry’s 25% annual turnover of staff and costing the UK £200m a year.

VOX is a short practical workshop that addresses the following areas:

  • Posture
  • Relaxation
  • Breathing
  • Economy of diction
  • Protecting and developing the voice

VOX teaches practical and proven techniques which enable customer centre staff to remain warm, natural and human while protecting and utilising their voices to best effect.
